We are expanding our territory and actively building a brand-new Office Location in Phelps, NY, set to open by October 1st.

We are continuing to grow and are currently seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Sales Consultant with a true sales "Hunter Mentality" to join our team. While the company invests heavily in corporate marketing to drive a high volume of warm inbound leads, this role expects the candidate to self-generate roughly 1/3 of their overall sales by developing targeted campaigns, working our existing customer base, and executing self-directed prospecting when needed.

This position is for full-time employment offering base pay, uncapped commissions, bonuses, comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, and clear advancement opportunities into Senior Territory Management and supervisory roles. This position drives replacement equipment sales across residential and light commercial heating and cooling applications.

Qualifications: 5+ years of successful B2C sales experience required, with 1–2 years of technical HVAC experience or a strong electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred.

Job Summary

  • Performs in-home consultative sales evaluations and diagnoses residential and light commercial HVAC needs.
  • Conducts thorough, high-integrity kitchen-table sales presentations for replacement equipment.
  • Mines existing customer database to proactively self-generate sales opportunities.
  • Works directly with management on targeted marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Delivers steady pipeline volume to support installation and service crew schedules.
  • Accurately estimates system design, equipment sizing, and project pricing.
  • Closes out sales with customers, sets project expectations, and conducts post-install follow-ups.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Proven consultative closing skills with a hunter mindset and track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle).
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately and effectively.
  • Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications.
  • Ability to follow safety rules and regulations at all job sites and customer homes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, high integrity, and professional work ethic.
  • Desire to grow into leadership as part of an expanding company.
  • Ability to be organized, disciplined, self-motivated, and punctual.
  • Ability to manage an outcome-based schedule balancing office time, field visits, and remote admin work.

Expected Earnings

$100,000 – $150,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)
